Scottish Government takes National Conversation to Brussels

On 8 September Michael Russell, Minister for Europe, External Relations, Culture and the Constitution was in Brussels to launch a new Scottish Government Pulication as part of the National Conversation on Scotland's Future. Mr Russell presented the paper, entitled ' Europe and Foreign Affiairs: Taking forward our national conversation', to a wide audience in Scotland House.
