Register now for 2010 EU Insight programme!

Scotland Europa will hold its next EU Insight familiarisation programme in Brussels on 4 - 5 May 2010.

In the context of the past "year of change" for the EU, the two-day programme will provide insight into changes brought with the new EU Lisbon Treaty rules; a new European Commission taking up office in February 2010; and the new European Parliament following the June 2009 European elections.

The course sessions will look at what these changes in the key figures and modes of functioning of the EU institutions will mean in practice for Scottish organisations looking to engage with, and influence, EU policy making.

Course participants will hear from EU institutional officials and other EU professionals, with some sessions held in the European Parliament.
