Intelligent Energy Europe - Engaging Scotland

The East of Scotland European Consortium (ESEC), in partnership with Scotland Europa and supported by SEGEC, held the first Scottish Transnational European Programmes Forum on 30 October 2009. The first forum  focused on the EU's Intelligent Energy Europe funding programme in the aim of increasing Scottish participation in projects supported by this financing stream.
